Most of my early experience in accounting came through various internships at local firms around the valley as I completed my bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Arizona State University. I have always enjoyed the process of tax preparation/planning and the opportunity to help each client reach their own unique goals has been the most fulfilling to me. Knowing I wanted to help in this way, I went on to receive my master’s degree in Financial Planning and Analytics at Utah Valley University. My love for tax and Arizona brought me back to the Valley where I was lucky enough to find MCC and join the team in November of 2022. It has been an amazing fit for my passion of helping each individual client as we focus on business, life, and legacy.
I am currently studying for the CPA exam, so a lot of my free time outside of work is taken up. However, when I do have a long weekend, you can find me outdoors. I am an Arizona native, and I love to fly fish and explore remote parts of the state. Golfing and playing guitar are also ways I love to relax, and I have always enjoyed being able to make music. I have two nephews who keep me busy whenever they are around as I try to solidify my place as “The Favorite Uncle”.
